Part 1. 1. Scope of Application These terms and conditions apply to all contracts, deliveries, and other services provided by Lllutine to its customers when contracts are concluded via Etsy. 2. Contract Content, Conclusion of Contract The seller offers customers various products for purchase via Etsy. In an online auction via Etsy, a purchase contract is concluded between the seller and the respective customer. 3. Access to the Contract Text: The contract text is stored. You can view the general terms and conditions at any time on this page. For security reasons, your specific order details are not accessible online. 4. Delivery and Payment All prices are exclusive of shipping and packaging costs, which are communicated to the customer before the order is placed. All prices include statutory VAT. Delivery to customers by the seller is generally only made against prepayment (bank transfer). The goods are only shipped after receipt of payment. Due to the small business regulation § 19 UStG (German VAT Act), we do not charge VAT. Further delivery and payment terms of Lllutine are specified in more detail in the order form. There is no minimum order quantity. Please refer to the product description for the estimated delivery time. If no delivery time is specified there, delivery will take place after receipt of payment upon acceptance of the order. Right of withdrawal: You may withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason in writing (e.g., letter, fax, email) or – if the goods are delivered to you before the end of this period – by returning the goods. Timely dispatch of the notice of withdrawal or the goods is sufficient to meet the withdrawal deadline. Due to the nature of these products, the following items are not eligible for withdrawal: custom-made or personalized orders (personalizable).
All order returns must be complete. The customer cannot select a part of their order (guardian angel).
Consequences of withdrawal: In the event of a valid withdrawal, both parties are obligated to return any goods or services received and to surrender any benefits derived from them (e.g., interest). If you are unable to return the received goods or services, or any benefits derived from them (e.g., advantages of use), either in whole or in part, or only in a deteriorated condition, you must compensate us for the value thereof. You are responsible for the regular costs of return shipping. For further information, please see our terms and conditions. We do not deliver to branches or shops of shipping providers or to parcel lockers. All defects must be reported with a photo within 48 hours of receipt. All items are shipped with a tracking number. If the package is not collected or is refused after notification by the postal service, no refund will be issued. If the address provided is incorrect, additional costs will be charged (postage + handling fees). The seller cannot be held responsible for postal delays. Withdrawal and exchange: Not accepted.
